Duties

• Check off pre-registered people as they arrive
• Point visitors to enter their contact details

Checklist

• Arrive at 545pm and get the 6pm rego print outs from the office transfer box
• Disinfect the pens using the 
• Check off pre-registered people as they arrive & point visitors to fill out their contact details
• After the service give the rego and sign-in sheets to Chris if he hasn't collected them already (or another staff member if he is away)

Notes

Registration is preferred but if there is room then it's totally fine for people to arrive and register manually. We just need to make sure we capture their full name and contact details (email or phone number). There is a visitor sign-in sheet for this purpose which also has a QR code for people to check in via our contact form (it captures name and contact). Saying something like "Hi, welcome, have you registered? If not, plenty of room - just need you to sign in and put your contact details here." would be both welcoming and clear.
