Roster Role: 6pm Connect & Collect

Vision

To ensure that both members and visitors receive a tangible expression of the welcome we have received in Christ at our gatherings

Duties

• Welcome people 
• Glean some helpful information about each visitor (name, local or tourist, who they know) and aim to connect them with someone appropriate during the service

Checklist

• Arrive at 5:45pm to be ready when people arrive
• Keep an eye out for visitors and
  • Give them a warm welcome
  • Try to introduce them to someone who you think they can connect with
  • Fill out the online visitor form for each new person you meet (https://coast.ec/visitors)
• Post-service: After most people have left, count the money in the blue letter box on the wall, then lock the letterbox and place it in the connect box.
