Set up

• Arrive at 2:45pm
• set up desk
• Open Mac
• Connect power to Mac
• Start Proclaim Spotify and Audacity
• Connect display via white adapter into mini display port in Mac and into command centre HDMI plug using long HDMI cable. 
• Connect sound to Mac using the usb cable onto the right side USB port. Left port on Mac doesn’t work.  Connect the other end into the command centre. Only one port that is compatible. 
• Set up the two monitors and the projector connect the hdmi cables to the hdmi 4 port hub doesn’t matter which slot. 
• Turn on projector and monitors

Test with musicians

• In Proclaim and run through each song with the musicians 
• Edit chorus and versus as required

Add sermon sides in Proclaim

Connect to the network via hit spot connection or detnsw if you have an account

Run slide show

Pack up. 

• put power cables in the power box
• Put sound cables in sound box
• Put Mac in bag with power cable put the bag  in the office transfer box
