Roster Role: 6pm Connect Team - Hall

Vision

To ensure that both members and visitors receive a tangible expression of the welcome we have received in Christ at our gatherings

Duties

• Welcome people as they arrive and point them to use hand sanitiser, check in and abide by the appropriate distancing
• Glean some helpful information about each visitor (name, local or tourist, who they know) and aim to connect them with someone appropriate during the service

Checklist

• Arrive at 545pm to be ready when people arrive
• Ask people if they have any flu-like symptoms
• Remind everyone to hand sanitise, check in and sit with the appropriate social distancing
• Keep an eye out for visitors and
  • Give them a warm welcome
  • Try to introduce them to someone who you think they can connect with
  • Fill out the online visitor form for each new person you meet (https://coast.ec/visitors)
