Roster Role: 6pm Roadies

Vision

To provide an accessible and safe space where our people can gather to worship and build one another up.

Duties

• Reduce seating after 4pm service
• Bring in the signage
• Pack away the tables and chairs after they have been cleaned
• Pack away all our equipment into the under stage trolley
• Lock the and alarm the hall.

Checklist

• Before the service
  • Arrive at 530pm
  • Put up the battery lights
  • Pack away the 2 outmost wings of seating after the have been cleaned
• After the service
  • Bring in the signage (and wipe down if wet)
    • A-frames
    • Tear drop banners
    • Large mesh banner on fence
• Pack away the seating after it has been cleaned
• Pack away the stage, projector stand and speakers
  • Goes on it's side on it's own trolley with the tv and the video box inside
